My husband and son went on their first Father and Son camping trip. I packed them and their friends the Camping Essentials pictured above because you never know when you may need a little wellness lift. If you know me, I only like to work with high quality items that boosts frequency within your body. And I’m so grateful that I am able to share nothing but the best for my friends and family. It also makes me feel good knowing many of you have the oils in your arsenal so you can create your own weapons without having to spend money on gas driving to the store, saving you time, and only costing pennies per oil drop.
After I posted this pic on Facebook, some of you have asked for the all natural recipes and here it goes, with love from Mama G:
HAND SANITIZER (4 ounces) and can be used as bug repellent and air freshener
- 10 drops lemon essential oil (eo)
- 10 drops peppermint eo
- 1/4 Witch Hazel
- Top off with water
- Buy glass spray bottle here
SLEEP, IMMUNE, CALM, and WISDOM ROLLER (rub on back of neck, chest, and under feet and big toes)
- 7 drops frankincense eo
- 7 drops lavender eo
- 7 drops cedar wood eo
- Top off with fractionated coconut oil
- Buy the roller bottles here
BREATHE ROLLER (rub on back of neck, chest, and under feet)
- 3 drops of a respiratory blend that is mixed with peppermint, eucalyptus, tea tree, lemon and cardamom
- 10 drops of eucalyptus eo. I know the blend above already has eucalyptus, but I can’t get enough of it.
- Top off with fractionated coconut oil
BUGS OFF ROLLER (rub on skin and ankles)
- 5 drops peppermint eo
- 5 drops lemon eo
- 5 drops lavender eo
- Top off with fractionated coconut oil
DEEP BLUE RUB TRAVEL PACKET
- Provides soothing effects that can be felt immediately
- Rub on back and tired muscles
- Mixture of wintergreen, peppermint, blue tansy, chamomile, helichrysum, osmanthus
