How To Carry A Minimal Wellness Cabinet Globally
Talk about minimal, sleek, and effective! I want to share with you my mini international and all natural “wellness cabinet” that has kept us healthy while we were in Japan, where one minute you are in hot humid heat and next minute, you are in a cold air conditioned space. These oils are small enough to carry in a mini pouch in the palm of your hands. They work and provide instant relief so you can enjoy your vacation. =)
WILD ORANGE to freshen the air and wake up our driver during our long drives
FRANKINCENSE to calm nerves, and help with cuts and burns
DIGESTIVE BLEND to help upset tummies eating new foods
WHITE FIR to reduce mental fatigue
SOOTHING BLEND for sore muscles from sitting in cars, planes and trains for too long
JOYFUL BLEND to uplift moods
EUCALYPTUS While showering, place a few drops in the hands, place over nose, and inhale deeply to clear the mind and promote clear breathing
RESPIRATORY BLEND for respiratory issues
PEPPERMINT Use a drop of Peppermint with Lemon in water for a healthy, refreshing mouth rinse
MASSAGE BLEND on tired achy shoulders and to knock me to sleep
Mother and Son at Saiko over looking Mount Fuji, Japan

Life: Your Most Important Design Project
A few months before Pollyanna published her article via Inspire Magazine, her and I sat at a table to talk about the kind of life we would love to design. She dreamt of moving to New York to teach while I pondered the kind of life where I could spend more time with my family. Fast forward to 6 months later, and she is now living her dream in New York and I have been able to create more fun memories with my family.
How would you design your life? Who are your heroes? What are your values?
Read Pollyanna’s article below for some insight.
