The Challenge
As a key member of the Graceful Purpose Team, the Wellness Consultant will drive delivery of unique and engaging essential oil experiences to educate and excite clients for better health, first aid, a cleaner home, and more.
What you’ll do
- Grow your knowledge and skills around natural wellness and the essential oil busines
- Share the oils, teach classes, and drive production schedules for event execution
- Meet with your network and partners on an ongoing basis to assess wellness needs and obtain feedback for continuous improvement
- Evangelize essential oils by utilizing social media to increase awareness
- Active participation in essential oil and corporate functions to gain insight into trends, resources and strategies
- Earn income through commissions and bonuses and empower others to create financial freedom
- Connect with other like-minded people to enhance wellness and have fun
What you need to succeed
- The desire to learn, be teachable and humble with a genuine compassion to nurture and heal the home and community naturally
- Desire to grow your network in a non spammy way and be self motivated
- Proficient in basic computer skills and web access is a must
- Educate yourself on doTERRA compliance and essential oil safety and share the info with others
- Encourage others to learn and test which oils works for them
- Accomplished with following up and actively listens and provides possible solutions and ideas
- Dedicated to placing a monthly order of 100 pv monthly and willing to purchase an oil kit
- Commit 5-20 hours each week to build your organization and support and teach leaders in our organization
- Constant Self Care using tips from Life Coaches like Hal Elrod: silence, affirmations, prayer, visualization, exercise, reading, scribing and listening to pod casts
